Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Multibanco, MB WAY, credit card and bank transfer — secure options that are easy to use at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed. If your order has not yet been dispatched, it can be cancelled. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@valentinaandyou.pt.

How can I track the status of my order?
After confirmation, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by the carrier (MRW), which provides tracking so you can follow it in real time.

How long does delivery take in Portugal?
Barring exceptional circumstances, delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days (for made-to-order items) after payment has been confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available within Portugal. If you would like to receive your order outside the country, please contact us so we can find the best solution.

What happens if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not available, the carrier MRW will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

What is the deadline for returns?
Up to 14 days after receiving your order. In the event of a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity, you can report it up to 2 years after delivery, in accordance with the law in force.

How do I receive the refund for my returned order?
Once the return has been received and validated, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

How can I choose the right size for me?
We provide a size guide on every product page. If you still have questions, contact us and we’ll help you select the ideal size.

Are the pieces produced in limited quantities?
Yes. Many pieces are limited editions, which makes them even more special.

Do the fabrics need special care when washing?
Yes — we recommend following the instructions on each label to maintain the quality of the pieces. If in doubt, you can send us a message for personalised support.

What are your team’s opening hours?
We are available Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays.
