In the online store, the payment methods are:
PAYPAL, MULTIBANCO, MB WAY, CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER<\/p>\n

As indicated in the payment menu when completing the purchase; no other means of payment is accepted.
The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the Customer attempts to use another payment method not provided for, VALENTINA & YOU cannot be held liable for the loss of the payment or for any other damage that may result.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

After making a purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction, which should be printed or saved for future reference.<\/p>\n

Your order will only be processed after the respective payment has been confirmed. In the event of non-payment, or of non-compliance with or non-acceptance of these General Conditions, VALENTINA & YOU reserves the right not to accept the customer\u2019s order, or to cancel it, even after its automatic confirmation.<\/p>\n

VALENTINA & YOU reserves the right not to confirm and\/or deliver the products of the order placed by the Customer, regardless of the reason and without liability for any damages or costs, if:
\u2013 any unforeseeable event or change to current circumstances arises that may affect production, transport and the respective costs, or that causes abnormal increases in raw material prices;
\u2013 for any reason, it is impossible to properly collect and receive the respective payment;
\u2013 the products ordered are no longer available;
\u2013 the order was placed with errors in the details that are essential for its delivery;
\u2013 the order is flagged by the website\u2019s security systems as incorrect, irregular and\/or considered fraudulent.<\/p>\n

In any of the cases mentioned, VALENTINA & YOU will inform the Customer by email that the sale cannot be confirmed and that the order has consequently been cancelled, refunding the amount paid for the items.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where the Customer opts for the Transport service, it is provided by MRW.
Should you wish to make a complaint relating to unloading and\/or assembly, it must be sent by email to MRW, together with photographs that substantiate it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Barring exceptional circumstances, items will be delivered within a maximum of 3 to 15 days (for made-to-order items) after the order has been placed. In the event of a delay due to force majeure, VALENTINA & YOU undertakes to inform the Customer and to make its best efforts to resolve the situation quickly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Under the legislation in force, in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have them brought into conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, to an appropriate price reduction, or to termination of the contract. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within a maximum of two months of detecting it and may exercise the rights described when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within a period of up to two years after delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n

The Customer may freely withdraw from the contract of sale of the products, without paying any compensation and without needing to give any reason, within 14 days of taking physical possession of the goods.
